Out-Of-Stock Merchandise Orders
On items discovered to be out of stock, at the time orders are processed, an Email will be sent to you concerning the estimated time of arrival. Estimated time of arrival dates are subject to change based upon revised manufacturer's shipping information sent to Office Supplies Unlimited. We at Office Supplies Unlimited strive to facilitate your orders in a timely manner.
Product Acceptance and return policy
The Customer is responsible for inspection and accepting their products after shipping. The Customer can reject and return any portion of an order that is damaged, defective or otherwise fails to conform. All Returns are subject to these requirements:
- Customer must send all returns accompanied by an Office Supplies Unlimited issued Return Authorization.
- All returned products must be in the original manufacturers' shipping cartons, complete with all packing and associated materials.
- Office Supplies Unlimited will not accept any returns from the customer for a product that is designated as "Non-Returnable Item".
- Customers are responsible for return freight charges that will be deducted from your refund on non-defective merchandise.
- Any Merchandise assembled or used will not be resalable and therefore can not be returned for a refund.
- Customer must request a Return Authorization and return the merchandise to Office Supplies Unlimited within the following time frames:
- 15 days from date of invoice for returns due to customer error (such as ordering the wrong item); merchandise must be returned in re-saleable condition.
- 15 days from date of invoice for any defective merchandise.
- 24 hours from date of invoice for any concealed damage or concealed warehouse errors (such as shipping the wrong product or shortages).
- MERCHANDISE WILL ONLY BE SHIPPED IN THE U.S.
