Q:  What if I forgot my order number?

A:  Your order number is included in your order confirmation Email.  If you forget or misplace your order number, you can get it by contacting Customer Service at support@officesuppliesunlimited.net or calling 1-888-261-9729.

Q:  How will I know my order has been received?

A:  You will receive a confirmation Email containing your order and tracking number.

Q:  Will I be charged sales tax for my online orders?

A:  If you are ordering from New York State or California you will be required to pay sales tax.  The state of New York and California requires taxes on all purchases in the state.  Outside the state of New York or California you will NOT be charged sales tax.

Q:  If I purchase more than two of an Item will I get a discount?

A:  You may contact our store by emailing us at support@officesuppliesunlimited.net or by calling Customer service at 1-888-261-9729.  Sometimes we will offer promotions and other incentives to assist our Customers with all their concerns.  We strive for Customer Excellence daily.

Q:  Can I change or cancel my order after I have completed the transaction online?

A:  We work hard to process orders as soon as we receive them.  If you need to change or cancel orders then please contact customer Support immediately at 1-888-261-9729 our hours of operation are M-F, 9am-7pm.  For after hours please Email us at support@officesuppliesunlimited.net .

Q:  What if there is a problem with my order?

A:  If a problem arises with your order, we will contact you immediately.

Q:  When will I receive my order?

A:  All your orders are shipped UPS.  UPS shipping Policies apply.
